Mail: Provide me a mail to send you an invoice if I accept your commission● Provide a description of your request and attach the references. Let me know if you want a specific pose, idea, or facial expression, or if you prefer to leave it to artistic interpretation. If you saw any drawing, pose, or background that you liked from my works, let me know, and I can create something similar to your liking. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions.● I do not design characters from scratch. Please provide reference images of the character or clearly specify their appearance if you have separate images. If you do not provide clear reference images or if it requires me to create a new design, I will not accept your commission.

ILLUSTRATION PROCESS● I will start working on the drawings once full payment is received, with feedback given 1-4 days after the order. The process of completing and delivering the final drawing generally takes me 7-14 days. It might take a bit more or less time depending on complexity and revisions (I usually work on several orders at once) If you want an update on your commission, just ask, and I'll send you a work-in-progress update.● The drawing process has 3 stages: Rough sketch, linework with base colors, and final full-color drawing.
The drawing can be corrected up to 3 times in each phase. Additional corrections, or corrections that are significant or involve changing almost the entire image, will incur an extra charge. specially in linework with base colors phase and final full-color drawing phase● Only In the rough sketch phase 2 versions of the requested drawing will be provided allowing the drawing to be corrected 3 times and 1 additional version if requested, but no more than that.● Let me know before If the commission is going to be private.KEEP IN MIND● If I don't receive a response in a long time, I will proceed to work on other orders until I receive your response, which will make your order take a little longer.● I don't usually share all the final illustrations in my social media, so you have my permission to post it on yours, just mention my nickname and that will be enough● I may not be available on Saturdays and Sundays to provide feedback or deliver wips.

PAYMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICEOnce you pay me you agree with all the terms!♦ The Illustration is digital, not physical.♦ I'll decide if I'm going to accept or reject your commission, after reading the description and the references of what you are going to order, wait for my confirmation first.♦ Don't send the payment before if I haven't yet agreed to make the commission and if I haven't told you the total amount to pay. In case of being rejected, I'll refund the amount I received and I'll not cover the extra paypal commission.♦ I'm going to send you an invoice so you can send the payment through paypal.♦ Send the amount of the cost that we have agreed, it'snt necessary to cover the extra paypal commission, but if you do I'll be very grateful!♦ The payment must be complete, if the agreed amount isn't sent I'll ask you for the rest, if you don't do it, I'll cancel the commission and I'll refund the amount received and I'll not cover the extra paypal commission♦ After receiving the full payment, I'll start working on the requested illustration.♦ I don't make refunds once I get the payment. If you want to cancell the commission you will decide if you want me to finish the drawing or leave it as is.♦ Drawings that require significant changes, alternative versions, or backgrounds with many elements or high complexity will have an additional cost.
